Open the Discord app, and locate the message you want to pin. Press and hold on the message to access the message options. Select the ‘pin’ option to pin the message.

A pop up will appear asking you to confirm the pinning. Press the ‘pin’ option to pin the message.
How to view pinned messages in Discord
We’ll now go through how you can view pinned messages in Discord.
On Desktop
You can easily access pinned messages by opening the Discord app, and selecting the pin icon in the upper right.
A tab should appear showcasing all the pinned messages in the channel.

In this tab, you can choose to unpin messages by hovering over a pinned message, and clicking the ‘x’ icon.
A pop up will appear asking you to confirm the removal. Select ‘remove it, please!’ to unpin the message.
You can skip the confirmation step by pressing and holding the Shift-key whilst clicking the ‘x’. This method is especially useful for quickly unpinning multiple messages.
You can also jump to the pinned message’s position in chat by selecting the ‘jump’ option.
On Mobile
Go on the Discord app, and press the person icon in the top right to access the right side tab. You can also access this tab by swiping left. Near the top of the tab, there should be a row of options.
Press the ‘pin’ option to view all pinned messages in the channel.

Here, you can choose to unpin a message by long-pressing it, and selecting ‘unpin’.

Or, you can jump to the pinned message’s position in chat by pressing on the message.
