Step 1 – Open the Cash app home screen

Reset your Cash App pin without access
If you’ve forgotten your PIN and haven’t set biometric log in and can’t access your Cash App, then there are a couple of ways you can retrieve your pin reset request and change your Cash App pin.
When you created your account, Cash App required either an email address, phone number or both. You will be using these to regain access, so make sure you have either your phone number or email address at hand.
